Residents and invitations

Residents are owners or tenants tied to one or more units. They get a single invitation to access the web portal and mobile app.

Invite

1. 1

   From Residents → Invite pick unit, type (owner/tenant) and email.

2. 2

   Send. The resident receives an expiring one-time link, sets a password and accepts terms.

3. 3

   Track the status in Invitations: pending, sent, opened, accepted, expired or cancelled.

Directory

Shows residents with per-field privacy controls. Each resident decides what to expose. Admins always see operational data.
