Registration and first access

This guide walks you through the full flow from account creation to your first backoffice login.

Step by step

1. 1

   From the ProjexaOne landing, click Create account.

2. 2

   Fill out the form with your name, email and a strong password. Pick the plan that best fits your Organization (you can start with the free trial when available).

3. 3

   Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. 4

   Check your inbox and confirm the account from the verification link.

5. 5

   Sign in for the first time and finish the initial HOA setup.

Initial subscription states

• Pending: account created, awaiting activation or payment.
• Active: subscription current, full access per plan.
• Suspended: overdue payment; access is restricted.
• Cancelled: the Organization cancelled the subscription.
