Configure the authorized signer

Define who signs official HOA documents and which certificate is used.

Name and title: Printed at the document footer.
Handwritten signature: Transparent PNG (optional).
Certificate: Validity and status; warned before expiration.
Authorized people: Team members allowed to sign.

Changing the signer does not invalidate prior documents; their public verification still shows the original signer at issue time.
