Create units, assign models, compute dues by area/coefficient/quota and manage assignments.

Unit models group shared characteristics (area, coefficient, quota, due type) and cascade to every unit using them.
Create a model
- 1
Go to Unit models → New.
- 2
Set name, square meters, coefficient or quota, and the due type: flat, per m², per coefficient or per quota.

Save. New units can inherit this model.
Load units
- Individual
- Form with tower, floor, number, model, owner and tenant.
- Bulk
- CSV/XLSX template with duplicate validation.
- Parking spots
- Exclusive or temporary assignment with history.
- Storage
- Per-unit assignment with type and location.
Multiple owners / multiple units
- A unit can have several co-owners.
- An owner may hold several units and receives a single invitation.
- The statement is consolidated per resident, itemized per unit.
