Request clearance certificate from mobile
How a resident requests their clearance from the app: automatic balance check, admin approval, PDF download with QR.
When you need a clearance certificate (for sale, rental, bank or any process), you request it from the app in three taps. No calls, no manual emails.
1 · Verify you are up to date
Go to Account → Statement. If balance is zero, you can request. If not, the app shows the outstanding items and blocks issuance until settled.
2 · Request

On Home or in Documents tap Request clearance.

Select the unit and optionally the purpose: sale, rental, bank, other. Helps the admin pick the right template.

Confirm. The request goes to the admin. You get a receipt by push and email.
3 · Follow the status
- Sent
- Reached the admin bandeja.
- In review
- Admin is validating data and balance.
- Waiting for payment
- If a new charge appears after requesting, waits until you settle.
- Approved · Signed
- PDF ready with electronic signature and QR.
- Rejected
- Only if a specific reason. You will see the explanation.
4 · Download the PDF
On approval you get a push notification. The PDF lives in Documents → Clearance. You can:
- Download to iPhone/Android.
- Share directly via WhatsApp, mail, messages with the Share button.
- Save the public verification link: anyone with the link or scanning the QR confirms the document is real.
5 · Validity
By default 30 days from issuance (HOA can set another). When it expires, the app warns you. Request again if needed — seconds if you stay current.
