ProjexaOne is the end-to-end platform to manage HOAs, condos and residential communities. It centralizes dues, payments, bank reconciliation, notices, tickets, documents, assemblies and the resident portal — all in one place with complete audit.
Platform architecture
ProjexaOne is organized in four layers:
- Platform — the whole system (ProjexaOne).
- Organization — the management company or parent entity that can run one or more HOAs.
- HOA — each specific building, condo or community.
- Resident — owner or tenant tied to one or more units of the HOA.

- Full control of the Organization and its HOAs.
- Organization Admin
- Multi-HOA operational management.
- HOA Owner
- Full control of the specific HOA.
- HOA Admin
- Operational management of the HOA.
- HOA User
- Restricted access to assigned modules.
- Owner resident
- Statement, payments, documents, tickets.
- Tenant resident
- Access similar to owner, per configuration.
