Vote in an assembly from mobile

The mobile app is the fastest way to participate in your HOA assemblies: you get the convocation by push, respond to RSVP in two taps, and vote in real time from anywhere.

1 · You get the convocation

Push notification, email, and a featured card on Home with date, time, mode, agenda, preparatory documents and Respond RSVP button.

2 · Confirm attendance or grant a proxy

   Tap the assembly card from Home or open Assemblies in the menu.

   Choose Confirm attendance (in-person or virtual) or Grant proxy.

   For a proxy: pick the representative from the list, sign electronically in the app and send.

3 · Early voting (if enabled)

Agenda points with early voting show below the agenda. You can change your early vote until the session starts.

4 · During the assembly

Auto check-in

Enable location or scan the QR at the door to register as present.

Virtual room

For hybrid/virtual assemblies, a button takes you to the room.

Voting panel

When the admin opens a point for voting, the question appears on your screen instantly.

5 · Vote in real time

1. 1

   The admin announces the point. Your phone shows a big card with the question, options, timer (if any).

2. 2

   Tap your option. Confirm with Send vote. Green check with timestamp.

3. 3

   You see the live result with progress bar per option and accumulated coefficient — never seeing who voted what.

4. 4

   On closing the point, the system announces approve/reject per configured majority and moves on.

6 · Minute on close

When the admin closes, seconds later you get: push with link to the official minute, PDF in your Documents section signed with QR, email with the minute attached.
